Hubby enjoys taking pictures anywhere. He loves any scene like the clouds, the gentle breeze of the beach, or other attractive scenery that has green ambiance. If there is a beautiful scene while he’s driving, he immediately told me to catch the scene through our digital camera. We enjoyed every bit of our journey.

The Far Horizon is the title of the song sang by graduates last March when I attended a commencement exercises. I was the emcee so I need to attend the said graduation. There were many who attended together with the parents, the speaker and the friends of the graduates.

It’s a privilege for me since I was chosen to be the Master of Ceremony. I was blessed by the testimonies of the graduates and how they deliver themselves to speak in front of us. I also enjoyed listening to their special song, “The Far Horizon”. It connotes a great meaning to all the graduates and teachers as well.

We attended a retreat last week in Bantayan Cebu and we were so glad to be a part of that activity. We had games, and you can see it in the picture above. It was one of the games that we enjoyed most and everyone had the chance to join except for those who were not capable to join.

We had different types of games and all of us had a part in the activities given. Thanks to our game instructors.

Yes I’m going to continue learning. I went to my university today and finished my enrollment. I really have the desire to finish my graduate studies. The enrollment was already closed yesterday and I need to write a letter in order for the university to approve my enrollment. So I stayed longer time.

At last, it was already approved and I was so glad to receive my schedule. I just need to get a refresher course just to finish my graduate studies and earn a higher education. I took it 10 years ago and according to the secretary it was already frozen so I need to have a refresher course before taking a comprehensive exam in June. I don’t know what will happen but I trust the Lord for everything.

Yesterday we went to a far place and visited another friend who was sick. It’s quite far from our place and it took 3 hours of travel. There were 8 of us and our friend and the family were so happy seeing us. We had eaten 2 prepared lunch. It’s so delicious since I missed the native chicken with a yummy soup, I ate a lot, lol! Then another friend prepared another lunch, a broiled fish with vegies…

On our way home, we visited another sick friend and they’re glad to see us too. We were blessed to know that we met people and enjoyed being with them for a while.

Last week was my trying moments. I went to my OB for check up. I had another ultrasound check up and everything seems fine by God’s mercy and grace. I was tried and waited for God’s intervention. Indeed, God proved Himself faithful to me and my family.

Still waiting for the next step. Still don’t know what to do as of this time. Thanks friends who prayed for me. And for all the concerns shared.

Today, we went to my hubby’s family for paying a visit. We had not visited Nanay (mom) of hubby since we came back to the Phil. So I decided to see her with AJ and Karen (AJ’s cousin). We stayed for a while and went to SM after few hours of sharing.

The kids were excited to be out for a while and I’m glad to check my mails too, so we pass by an internet cafe to check and write something. I will have another check up maybe tomorrow for my myoma thing to make sure that everything is okay.

Since we came back to the Phil. last Friday we could feel the heat of the sunny day till evening. More so when Sunday came that we experienced black out. everyone seems looking for a cooler place. My sis and her family together with AJ, Nanay and Tatay went to the beach to feel the cool breeze. But it seems that it’s not cool because of the heat of the sun. However, I stayed with my older sis and some women in the church right after the worship.

We had fellowship with prayer and had a meeting with the leaders. It’s a different feeling to be back here in Bacolod. Now, I’m adjusting to the climate, surroundings and of course, the way people live, with the food prepared everyday. My son cried in the middle of the night but we’re still okay under God’s mighty hand and loving arms.
