We were surprised last night when we got home, my niece was bitten by a dog. Our eldest sister, who is the mom, was so upset, and my niece was brought to the hospital for anti-tetanus for her safety. I guess,

My nephew is studying ECE and it involves a lot of computer works. Last week he was asking help from my sister to buy computers for his need in the school. He was going home late always since they are working together as a group with his classmates. And his mom said if there is an available computer in their house he won’t be staying anywhere outside especially during night time. Computers are indeed necessary these days.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday and I had birthday treats. I had a healthy lunch; ceasar salad and coleslaw with a (krushers), it’s a strawberry-banana shake that cools your thirsting throat. But the best treat I’ve got was the beauty treatment. I had the best acne treatments yesterday and I felt good about it. The lady who did the treatment was really good and we had a great day with my sisters.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday. I went to my OB and talked to her. Glad to hear from her advices on what to do. After which, I went to SM supermarket and ate lunch at KFC with my sis. Then we proceeded to the beauty treatment. It feels good and we enjoyed but we’re amazed of the price when we paid. Anyway, we’ll be back for another treatment for free, so we just laughed and enjoyed the day.
I met my co-teachers before and we had dinner when I sent a message to another friend where I left AJ she told me that there was a prepared surprised dinner at the church with my choir members. What a day!

When I was pregnant few months ago, I ate a lot and gained weight. After my miscarriage, I still have gained weight and I felt heavy. I gained more than two kilos and I was so upset. Much more when I went back to the Phil. I ate a lot of yummy food that I missed so much and when I came to visit my OB she told me that I really gained weight so I force myself to be on diet once again. When I came back to the Phil. I was brought by my friends and family to different restaurants and enjoyed eating a lot of yummy food. I missed the food here in Bacolod so I can’t help but ate a lot, lol! I need to start on my diet again to avoid being fat. We are now experiencing the summer blast and I could not avoid to be exposed to the heat of the sun. I could really feel the hot season and a lot of times it disturbs me so I consider an extra care and need an exposed skin care to help ease the problem. Yesterday we went to a far place and visited another friend who was sick. It’s quite far from our place and it took 3 hours of travel. There were 8 of us and our friend and the family were so happy seeing us. We had eaten 2 prepared lunch. It’s so delicious since I missed the native chicken with a yummy soup, I ate a lot, lol! Then another friend prepared another lunch, a broiled fish with vegies…
On our way home, we visited another sick friend and they’re glad to see us too. We were blessed to know that we met people and enjoyed being with them for a while.

When I started to step on my 40’s I’ve discovered that my wrinkles are coming out especially in my eyes. I can’t stop having wrinkles but I can do something to delay the process. Before I came back to the Phil. my friends who were Moms gave me a treat. They brought me to an eat-all-you-can buffet in a known hotel in Hatyai. But the best thing we did was the beauty treatment for hair and face. I love it and we really enjoyed. We had lots of fun and fellowship while sharing our experiences.
Our facial treatment was really the best, the lady put something to clean our face and an acne treatment gel, after that, we look different and feel fresh.
