When the school started last week, one of the assignments that my son AJ had was the right food to eat which involves the Go, Grow, Glow foods. I had a hard time to look around  for the pictures. However, I was able to see it easily here in the internet the FOOD PYRAMID. You could see it above.

Children need a balanced diet since they are still small and keep on growing and need assistance of their parents or else their health will suffer if they are not guided by their parents or guardians. Children need to be happy and healthy and they deserve the best.

Look at these pictures? Do you want to visit this place? I guess so. Last month when hubby came back from Thailand, we went to his uncle’s place. His uncle passed away so we need to be there and visit the family. While riding in a tricycle, a motorcycle with a sidecar, I just stood up and saw these mountain ranges. It’s beautiful although I took it while the motorcycle was running, so it’s quite blurred but I was so amazed by God’s creation near the mountains. It’s so cool and beautiful with all the green thing around. Green is beautiful.

Another friend of ours came and told us that he also wanted to stay in that place. He was considering to build a house in that place just for a place to go when he needs rest, and that’s true. You can relax avoiding the hassles and dassles of life. It was a perfect place to rest and be free from any disturbance in the city.

Teenagers are practically drawn to the latest gadgets that can make them look chic and cool. I am now on the look out for a nice gift for my teenage son since he wished to have it. He wanted me to buy him an MP3 players and guess what, Ive got a hard time choosing which one will please him.

And due to new discoveries and new revolutionary technology of our time – there are lots of brands to choose from. MP3’s products have varied stylish accessories and the latest programs that teenagers love.

Last summer I had the privilege to be refreshed and prepare for my comprehensive exam in preparation for my thesis writing this semester. I was so glad that the Lord granted the desire of my heart while taking care of my sons here in the Phil. And during my span of time we had seminars about research which is one of my subjects taken. we’re all excited to be a part of this seminar. Our speaker came from Iloilo who is the head of the Research Program in the Higher Education. We’re all smiling and enjoyed being together.

The school just opened and many offices are busy preparing and buying some school supplies needed for schools and offices. I have seen parents, students, and friends buying many things for their offices and schools. Aside from buying school supplies, people are also buying office furniture supplies in order for their offices to look great and dainty and pleasing to anybody who will be coming and visiting the office. If there is new furniture, there is new look and it feels good.

My sister just came last Wednesday and she brought a lot of chocolates. I refrain from eating a lot since I wanted to loose weight. I even decided to buy weight loss products in order to lessen the fats inside of me and maintain a good looking body structure. I always believe that having a maintained healthy body and losing my weight if it is necessary would mean a lot to me. It boosts the physical appearance that I wanted to have after I gained weight last few months ago.

I’m preparing for the second Sunday of my comprehensive exam. It’s quite annoying since our proctor is very strict and wanted to make a name. It’s her first time to be the dean of the Graduate School and we find her very strict in everything she does. Anyway, we need to survive and pass the exam, if not we will have to have a removal exam. But we still hope for the best. We hope and pray that we would be able to pass for tomorrow’s exam too.

Last Sunday’s comprehensive exam was quite stressful because of my unforgettable experience. I had a burger lunch – I answer the comprehensive test while eating burger and drank water. I had stomach disorder since I only ate a little and quite stressed about our proctor. I went to the toilet and relaxed for a while but she followed me and asked her aide to visit me again inside the toilet. So, I told her aide that I was quite upset and had stomach disorder, then she said, the dean was just asking that I need to be followed by her, huh! Anyway, that’s life and that was my unforgettable experience.

Anyhow, according to the dean we can enroll for a thesis writing if we pass the comprehensive exam and we will know the result after a week. I am always thankful to my friends, classmates and would be adviser for my thesis. I just need to pass the exam and everything will just be taken cared of as far as my thesis is concerned. Above all, I am thankful and grateful to my Almighty and Loving Father who had helped me and gave me wisdom in every decision that I’m going to make. Thank you Lord for everything.
